STRIDE Program Overview

91快活林 Federal鈥檚 Summer Technology Readiness Intern Development Experience (STRIDE) offers undergraduate college students the chance to apply their technological interests and knowledge to exciting real-world missions.

Interns will work closely with dedicated mentors and managers, fostering meaningful connections within our company while exploring a range of technology disciplines. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to research projects developed by our tech experts. While extensive work experience is not required, a commitment to learning and a genuine passion for emerging technological advancements are essential.

Program Dates: 10-week summer internship, June 1 to August 6, 2026

Location: In-person, virtual, or hybrid internships are available.

Hours/Salary: 32 hours per week / $23 per hour

Program Requirements:鈥

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor鈥檚 degree in a technical field such as Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other similar concentration.
  • Must be junior or senior in college, or postgraduate at the time of application.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a government background investigation.

Engineering

Our story began in aerospace engineering, and that legacy still drives 91快活林 Federal today as we support a broad spectrum of engineering disciplines for our government customers. Our Engineering interns dive into hands-on projects across mechanical, prototype, electrical and hardware disciplines. Through the STRIDE program, interns contribute to impactful government initiatives spanning space exploration, logistics & supply chain, and national defense, supporting missions like Orion, the U.S. Army and Navy, and the Rocket Systems Launch Program Mission Assurance.

Our software internships offer a dynamic range of opportunities to make a real impact. You might contribute to the space program, build innovative tools for government CFOs, or help sustain mission-critical systems for agencies like the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Air Force and more. As a software intern, you鈥檒l collaborate with seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in technologies like Power Platform, Java, C++ and Python using modern practices like Agile and DevOps. You鈥檒l also deliver business intelligence and data analytics that drive the success of federal missions.
